1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any website, platform, or service provided by TekToro Digital Solutions Ltd. ("TekToro," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Company Information

3. Services Overview
TekToro provides enterprise technology products and services for industrial operations, including but not limited to: Enterprise SCADA platforms, Enterprise Management Systems (EMS), blockchain validator infrastructure, power market connectors, integration services, industrial automation, communications, ICS security, consulting, and custom technology development.
4. Product Licensing — Enterprise SCADA
The Enterprise SCADA platform is licensed under TekToro's Site Enablement model: a flat fee per gateway with unlimited tags. Licensing terms, service tiers (Connect, Control, Premier), and hardware options (HaaS or Subscriber-Owned) are defined in individual subscription agreements.
5. Product Licensing — EMS Platform
The Enterprise Management System is licensed on a per-seat basis (Full Seat, Light Seat, Client Seat) as defined in individual subscription agreements. Access to AI Enterprise Suite features requires the applicable licensing tier.
6. Product Licensing — Blockchain Infrastructure
Avalanche Validator Node and Bitcoin Mining Infrastructure services are provided under managed service agreements. Staking, delegation, and mining operations are subject to the respective blockchain network protocols and carry inherent market and technology risks.
7. Service Engagements — IP Ownership
For all pay-to-own service engagements (Integration Services, Industrial Automation, Communications, ICS Security, Consulting, Custom Development), full intellectual property rights are transferred to the client upon final payment and delivery, as specified in each Statement of Work.
8. Platform Intellectual Property
TekToro's product platforms (SCADA, EMS, Power Connectors, validator infrastructure) remain the intellectual property of TekToro Digital Solutions Ltd. Subscription licensing grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the underlying platform technology.
9. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the proper functioning of our platforms, or to transmit malicious software. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of access.
11. Contact Form Submissions
Information submitted through our contact and newsletter forms is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing requested information. We do not sell or share contact form submissions with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." TekToro makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TekToro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Cayman Islands.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
